Our assurance

With all our executive appointments, a six month
assurance period applies. That is, should the candidate
withdraw from an organisation or prove unsatisfactory
within the initial six month period for a reason which
should have been identified within the selection process,
that appointment will be replaced free of any further
professional charge.
